We never store full payment card numbers or raw audio of your voice.
Generate podcasts, remember your language preference, and surface relevant recommendations.
Send your prompts to Google's Gemini API to create scripts and voices while asking you to review the results before sharing them.
Send onboarding tips, product updates, or invoices — you can opt out of marketing any time.
Monitor abuse, secure accounts, and ensure fair usage of AI generation credits.
Comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements for a global audience.
We do not sell your personal data. Ever. We only share it with essential partners like Supabase, Stripe, and Google Gemini so the service can function.

We send only the prompts, requested metadata, and generated transcripts needed to produce episodes in Google’s Gemini API. Google may retain or use this data as described in its own terms and privacy policy; we do not control how Google trains or improves its models. We never share payment information with Google.

You are in charge of how your data is used.
Depending on where you live, you may access additional rights like those in the GDPR or CCPA. We honor valid requests based on one of the following legal bases: contract (running your account and generating podcasts), legitimate interests (product analytics, abuse prevention), consent (marketing emails or non-essential analytics), and legal obligations (tax, accounting, and compliance). In particular, you may request:
Email support@curiopod.app with the subject “Privacy Request” and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you are not satisfied with our response.
Curiopod is built for curious learners aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account or provided personal data, please contact support@curiopod.app so we can delete the account and associated personal information.
No. Gemini may use prompts to improve its base models per its policies, but we do not use your content to train proprietary models. Always review AI-generated results before acting on them.
Audio and transcripts stay linked to your account while it is active. We don't yet offer a self-serve delete option for individual episodes—email support@curiopod.app if you need a specific podcast removed. When you close your account we strip personal identifiers, but anonymized podcasts may remain available to support ongoing learning.
We use essential cookies for authentication plus limited analytics to understand product usage. You can disable analytics anytime under Account Settings → Privacy controls, or email support@curiopod.app and we'll switch it off for you.
Yes. Podcasts and transcripts are created with Google’s Gemini models and may include errors or outdated references. Treat them as informational starting points and review them before relying on them.
